The college season is rapidly approaching and one of the best parts of college hoops is the preseason tournaments. UCLA’S GLOGER TRANSFERS BACK TO PRINCETON

6-7 forward Spencer Gloger has decided to transfer back to Princeton. He originally signed a grant-in-aid to attend UCLA, but changed his mind and enrolled at Princeton. Gloger went onto tie the Ivy League record with ten three-pointers in a game and set the Princeton freshman record of 34 points in a game. He started 28 games, averaged 12.0 points and 3.4 rebounds and earned honorable mention All-Ivy League. However, he decided that he wanted to become a Bruin and transferred back home. Gloger was expected to give UCLA another strong outside shooter to go along with Billy Knight and Jason Kapono. There was talk that the addition of Penn State transfer Jon Crispin might have concerned him, since he is also a good outside scorer. However, Knight will graduate after this season and Kapono may elect to turn pro.
